B-17 II "The Mighty Eigth" from MicroProse, is a computergame about the Flying Fortresses of the USAAF 8th Bomber Command.
They flew daylight missions over occupied Europe.
In B-17 II Flying Fortress you are given total control of every aspect of this strategic air war. You can fly as a Bomber Commander with just one bomber under your command or start a career as a Squadron Commander with up to twelve aircraft under your command.
In both modes you can master each of the ten crew positions in the bomber.
