Shoulder stap is a pain - the top pad part slides and it is eternally sliding or shifting downward off my sholder. I do like the adjustable length on the shoulder strap. The color and materials are A+. Would love one more external zip poch for books, folders, etc. THe mini one inside isn't enough for cords and light reading materials. A small, side pocket for my cell phone would be AWESOME!
