"I bought this bag for a trip to China. I ordered it last minute; it arrived within two days of my order. It withstood all the Chinese baggage handlers from CITS, hotels, and intra-Chinese airlines could dish out. My Mom's bag was a mess after the trip and another person in our group had one Samsonite completely demolished. This bag is a little dirty, but still looks as good as the day I left. I liked the inside organization and the see through plastic organizer in the top of the bag. I ordered two bags (because I could not decide) and returned one before the trip. Working with eBags has been a delight. I can't emphacize enough that they really do give good customer service." "I purchased this bag and the carry-on in the same color. I love the way it looks and it is so easy to pack. However, after my first flight using it my bag had a few scratches and dirty spots. I know that it's the fault of the airline, however the marks showed up more due to the color. Generally, I have been happy with this bag." "Already extremely pleased with the 22" version and the 16" tote, I bought the 25" for longer trips and am thrilled with it. The wheels and handle are smooth and reliable, expandability makes the bag extremely versatile, and the scarlet color (it is NOT the bright red that appears onscreen) looks good and makes the bag easier to spot in the sea of black on the luggage carousel.
