"I bought and used this product daily for about 6 months. I did not find that it helped my back and I did not find the organizational pockets as useful as on some other less expensive bags. The redeeming factor is that the bag is extremely durable. It looks the same today as the day I bought it after daily use for commuting to work by train for six months."
