"Very unhappy with the entire line of Atlantic Eternity 3 luggage. The problem is the same in all. Once the handle is pulled out it tends to stick, making it all but impossible to recess. From that point on it may be difficult to pull the handle out again, which is a nightmare if you must change gates or terminals at the airport. There is a way to manually ease the handle up and down, but it requires opening the luggage and patience to hit the right spot with a pen or something similar. This luggage just demands too much energy for me to recommend."
