At first I was skeptical about the amount I could pack into this suitcase, but I was able to pack everything I wanted to bring for a 14-day trip and still had a little room to spare (and I always over-pack). Despite the normal wear-and-tear of travel, this suitcase still looks great. I would definitely recommend this product, in fact I'm purchasing another one for a relative." "We used the 4 large pieces of luggage on a flight and cruise and they took a beating. One bag had a loose zipper tab and came off as soon as the airport employee opened the bag in a security check. It came off in his hand. He felt bad as he put it back on and it fell off again later in our trip. It does need to be fixed as it makes it hard to unzip to get the items out." I can pack absolutely everything needed for the trip and just have the one bag delivered to my cabin. The expandable feature is very handy when it's time to return and not everything fits the same (or gifts!). For the price, this bag can't be beat.
