"Purse was well laid out and design was good but vinyl trim in a couple of key places detracted from the overall quality of the bag. The wide band of cloth exposed on the zipper of the outside pocket got very dirty within days and the metal trim used was cheap looking." "This bag was OK, but it was difficult to carry and switch from option to option. It seemed that the shoulder strap was too long, or the backpack straps were too short. Not to sound like Goldilocks, but it was never "just right". I much preferred the other Tignanello backpack (Triple Zip) I had before this one and switched back to it."
