Ice-climbing in Lærdal, Norway

Feb. 21 to Feb. 29 2004 we were a group of friends from Sweden who headed for the mysterious valley of Lærdal in Norway. Although the first climbs here were done already in the late 70s, rumors have had it that the routes only forms occasioanlly and consequently the crowds have stayed away. However, this year we found almost all routes in excellent shape and we could climb all the routes we had came for. Below is some pictures of the climbs we did.
