Time zones overview

This table is an aid for converting the UTC (GMT)time stamp on judge output to local time. For your convenience common time zone abbreviation have been noted for some time zones.
Where cities and regions are noted instead of countries a country code has been added (islands excepted): Au=Australia, Ca=Canada, Da=Denmark, Ru=Russia, US=United States of America.
Note: Daylight saving time (DST, "summertime", "legal hour") applies to certain regions from (in general) april to september or october. DST means that the clock is moved forward with one hour during this period, i.e. 1300=>1400, which would mean that e.g. most of Europe runs at GMT+2:00 during this period. The notation (WEST+1) etc. indicates that summertime is Western European Summer Time is UTC+1. Notice that some areas may not use summer time.
